Turkey’s four largest publicly traded football companies reported combined liabilities of approximately TL 108.1 billion as of 31 August 2026, according to Anadolu Agency figures reported by Daily Sabah.
Beşiktaş accounted for TL 27.95 billion. Against annual revenue of TL 12.24 billion for the 2025–26 season, its liabilities amounted to approximately 2.28 times annual income—the highest ratio among Beşiktaş, Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe and Trabzonspor.

TipRanks reports approximately TL 41.1 billion in consolidated assets in a statement prepared under Article 376 of the Turkish Commercial Code, dated 31 August 2026. The previously reported consolidated accounts showed assets of approximately TL 32.1 billion and a quarterly net loss of TL 1.03 billion. The higher Article 376 figure therefore should not be presented as a subsequent increase from TL 32.1 billion: the figures use different accounting bases.
A separate responsibility statement said the board had approved the financial and governance reports. Audit committee members declared that, to the best of their knowledge, the documents fairly represented the company’s position and contained no material misstatements or omissions.
