With the new stadium, Beşiktaş will be following the steps of its archrivals Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe. Galatasaray relocated to a new stadium, leaving its Ali Sami Yen Stadium, while Fenerbahçe rebuilt parts of its stadium to make it a modern one
