Beşiktaş management has reportedly initiated an aggressive strategy ahead of the summer transfer window, targeting talent from Europe's top leagues. According to recent reports, the club has launched a formal €20 million bid for Real Madrid's central defender Raul Asencio. Concurrently, the Black Eagles are eyeing an ambitious move for Liverpool winger Federico Chiesa, who is reportedly seeking more consistent playing time.

The club's recruitment drive extends to the goalkeeper position, with Chelsea's Filip Jörgensen identified as a primary target. In contrast to the incoming targets, it appears Albanian midfielder Kristjan Asllani will not remain with the squad. Following the club's elimination in the semi-finals of the Turkish Cup, Beşiktaş has opted not to exercise the purchase option on Asllani.
