Beşiktaş Transfer Target Farès Ghedjemis Signs New Frosinone Deal Until 2030
Frosinone have confirmed a new long-term contract for forward Farès Ghedjemis, strengthening their position amid reported interest from several European clubs, including Beşiktaş.
The Italian club announced on October 8 that the 24-year-old Franco-Algerian attacker had extended his contract until June 30, 2030.
Ghedjemis was the subject of transfer speculation during the summer, with Beşiktaş, Monaco, Celtic and Rangers among the clubs reportedly interested in signing him.
Frosinone nevertheless retained the player and have now secured his future through a new agreement.
The forward played an important role in the club's promotion-winning 2025–26 campaign, recording 15 goals and three assists in 38 appearances.
For Beşiktaş, the contract extension represents a potential complication should the club seek to revive its reported interest in the player. The new agreement gives Frosinone greater negotiating leverage, although it does not rule out a future transfer.
No fresh offer from Beşiktaş has been confirmed.
