Beşiktaş Secures Europa League Progress Against Midtjylland, Prepares for Hradec Králové Test
Beşiktaş has successfully advanced to the third qualifying round of the 2026/27 UEFA Europa League following a 2-0 away victory over Danish side FC Midtjylland in the second qualifying round second leg.
Captain Orkun Kökçü played a key role in securing the result. In post-match statements, Head Coach Vincenzo Italiano, midfielder Milot Rashica, and defender Tiago Djaló attributed the victory to high-intensity pre-season preparation.
The Black Eagles will next face Czech outfit FC Hradec Králové in the third qualifying round. The tie includes a fixture at Malšovická Aréna followed by the return match at Tüpraş Stadyumu on August 13.
